Bio

This is my personal weight loss journal. I want to lose 100 pounds by next summer (2010). I actually have a little more than that to lose, but right now I'd be happy with 100. If I could get 50 that would put me below 200 for the first time in 20 years. My first goal would be to be down that 50 by Sept. 09.
